Drawing on her intuitive ability to create an individual, customized experience for each participant, Jill facilitates numerous workshops, intensives, classes and individualized sessions in the meditative and yogic arts at her one-of-a-kind studio, nestled in the forest by the Fergus Grand River.
Through her specializations with Hatha Yoga, Seniors Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Insight (Vipassana) Meditation, Jill shares with her students the joy, energy, stillness and warmth she weaves into her programs. Offering sessions to students at every level of practice, as well as personalized programs addressing specific ailments or health concerns, Jill’s classes are designed to offer refuge from frantic, busy lifestyles and an opportunity to reconnect us to our bodies and our true selves.
Jill has accumulated hundreds of hours of teaching and training during her 30 years of personal practice, 10 years of teaching experience, study, and certification. Beginning with her own desire to embark upon a life-changing path of self-discovery and awareness, her love of meditation and yoga is evident in her ability to inspire others to grow and learn about themselves and their community through the practices she teaches. Jill’s teaching style is practical, approachable, fun and dynamic. Her philosophy is simple: the practice of meditation and yoga is a path toward health, balance and freedom.
