RiverSound Retreat, is located in the center of nature perfect for meditating. Sunlight through the trees, the sound of the rippling river, and birdsong can help to ground and relax you through your mediation.
Breathe in the wisdom of nature that surrounds you as you meditate. You may share your view of the river with herons, osprey, bald eagles and deer.
This space is designed to awaken the awareness of your interconnection to the natural world.

Vipassana Insight Meditation
Our practice includes a short reading and talk from Jill. We will then share a 30 minute silent meditation with time for sharing and questions. This class is offered on a traditional Dana (donation) basis. Please click here for more information about Dana or contact Jill. Open to drop-ins.
Please arrive a few minutes before 10:00 to settle in.

Introduction to Meditation
No experience needed. This class is for the absolute beginner. Chairs available for sitting. Foster greater clarity, skillfulness, and peace of mind by awakening to present moment awareness. Please bring a journal or notebook to class.
