RiverSound Retreat, is located in the center of nature perfect for meditating. Sunlight through the trees, the sound of the rippling river, and birdsong can help to ground and relax you through your mediation.
Breathe in the wisdom of nature that surrounds you as you meditate. You may share your view of the river with herons, osprey, bald eagles and deer.
This space is designed to awaken the awareness of your interconnection to the natural world.

Meditation and Group Support for Caregivers
Are you a personal caregiver for an elderly, ill or disabled family member or friend? If so, you may wish to take a much-needed pause to meditate and share your fears, your joys, your challenges and your coping strategies. Beginning in September, and in association with True North Insight, Joan and Jill invite you to join them for online sessions of meditation and sharing with other caregivers, every Tuesday (alternating afternoons and evenings). These English-language sessions will be offered via Zoom so you can attend from the comfort of your home. French-language sessions will be offered by Pierre-Vincent, Benoit, Gilberte and Joan on Thursdays (also alternating afternoons and evenings).
If you are interested in participating, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org We will be happy to get back to you with the exact schedule and details on how you can log into the sessions.
These meditations will be offered freely. Donations to the teachers will be welcome.
